We see him rolling his hips because he arches his back, but we don’t see anything past his chest. We see him bite his lip as he moans for the second time, eyes still firmly closed and head pressed into the pillow under his head. He shudders, not with orgasm, just with pleasure.
And then the camera travels down as a messy, brown-haired head appears and Dean looks up at Cas with a smirk.
Which is where Cas wakes up.
